Who can receive home care? There is no single type of person who can receive home care services. We conduct a full assessment to determine needs and if we can meet your needs, we may be able to provide service.

How much does home care service cost? The rate is determined at assessment and is dictated by the level or intensity of care required. For example, companion care services will be less than personal care service. A person who is able to walk will have a lower level of care than one who is bedbound. Without knowing the exact needs, cost of care is not easily determined. Please contact us to schedule an assessment to determine you or your loved ones needs.

What insurance plans do you accept? We are currently a private pay only agency.

Can I stop by your office at anytime? While we welcome appointments to come in to talk, we are active in the field and would not want you to stop by and have to wait if we are not able to greet you.

Why do you have to come to our home to complete the assessment? All assessments for care must be done in the place that the clients care will be provided at for many reasons. In home care is only conducted at the clients home. While the assessment is not an “inspection” of the clients home, assessing at the clients home is important to ensure safety, comfort and level of care needed.
